this all bothers me

THIS ALL BOTHERS ME

this nsa spying thing bothers me
have weve come to the point now where we accept being spied upon by
our government and by google and by our employers and just accept this as the
way it it is

im sorry this all bothers me
yes we get bad guys from doing all this and get to keep our jobs and get to
run across the internet easier but is all this really worth it

its apolitical or it should be since
all us senators voted for the patriot act 2001 except for 2 senators
that originally oked the government to do all this data mining and storing
it

j edgar hoover wiretapped everybody and used it against them for years
congressman and all politicians were afraid of him
it gave him a lot of power over washington

then nixon did all the illegal wiretapping hes done
and got caught
and lied about it
its the lying that always gets people doesnt it

now all this nsa spying collecting all that data

so i wonder if they have that conversation with the flexible account
folks a few years ago when  i got frustrated with them since they
were being such jerks i laid the cellphone down not knowing i had
left it still on and told them to
!&$) off
i bet they do

sure hope they dont hold that against me when i apply for social
security or try to get on medicare one day

apparently key words will get your data mined
eg virus lightning drugs plot ebola erosion power
wait they may come after me since i wrote all those words
boy will my data get mined today
and my blog reader facebook friend who use to be a weatherman
hes always talking about lightxxxx

it bothers me when they say trust me
no
dont ever trust them
whether the democrats or republicans are in control
the potential for abuse is always there
it will get used

it seems since 911 we gave up a lot of rights that we never
ever would have given up before and dont seem to be concerned about
it

i read it and get lost some in the details and it seems like a lot of work


i went from the old flip phone to a smart phone and now spend a lot of time
on the internet using google since for me its just more efficient to stay with
the same system
however everywhere i go since this blog has a lot about alzheimers disease
in it there is always ads or something about alzheimers-no matter where i
go

heck even when i ordered my water filters and uv light for my
rainwater system this weekend it still had alzheimers ads along the sides of
the page
i am more than just alzheimers disease
i do much more in my life
and am involved in more than that
i plan to let google know about this and ask that they put more ads for
organic gardening rainwater harvesting meals on wheels habitat for humanity

those ads make those free please

when i was working i knew and im sure you know that most employers
have the right to read all your emails that you write using their email
system
and most employers do read them and can use them to fire people
i know since i know of cases of people who have been fired because of
these emails
they just dont know thats why they got fired
i know because i had to vote whether to fire that person or not

i when i was working never ever used my works email for personal
things because i assumed they were looking at my emails

i look at pictures on facebook and can tell exactly where a person is at
a certain point of time when they took their pictures
it does get scary when you think of who must be looking at these things
not just the government

so yes
this all bothers me
we should all step back
take a deep breath and decide if its worth giving up so much of our
rights and privacy to catch a thief a terrorist to be able to zoom around
on all our gadgetry

when it doesnt bother us anymore
thats when we are all in trouble
